President Muhammadu Buhari has signed into law the bill recognising, June 12, as Democracy Day.
Okay.ng understands that the new law, according to the President, now allows public holiday to be declared on June 12 every year, while May 29th will no longer be public holiday.
May 29th will only be handing over date and working day.
