Diamond Bank Plc has tendered an apology to erstwhile member of the House of Representatives representing Ikorodu federal constituency, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, for publishing her name as one of the debtors of the bank.
Information gathered shows that the apology was tendered in publication in two national newspapers.
The bank referred to the publication where it listed her name as one of the delinquent debtor customers (Thriller Endeavours Ltd), including the name of Abike Dabiri as its director, and tendered an unreserved apology.
the same vein, the legislator took to her Twitter handle to deny being indebted to any bank as the newspaper had initially speculated.
