Court of Appeal affirms the decision of the Election Petition Tribunal sacking Senator Dino Melaye as the lawmaker representing Kogi West.
The court also orders the Independent Electoral Commission to conduct a fresh election within ninety days.
Dino has reacted to the appeal court ruling through his Twitter handle on Friday, October 11.
