Dr Raymond Dokpesi, founder of DAAR Communications, owners of African Independent Television (AIT), has been arrested at Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja.
Okay Nigeria understands that Dokpesi was arrested after his return to the country from a medical treatment in Dubai.
He was picked up by security operatives around 4 pm.
According to AIT confirming the arrest on Twitter, no reason was given for it.
