Dortmund Rejects Arsenal’s Second Bid For Aubameyang

By Farouk Mohammed

Borussia Dortmund have turned down a second bid from Arsenal for striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The bid of £43.64m was made by the Premier League club on Wednesday and was turned down immediately.

With the sale of Alexis Sanchez, Arsenal would likely include Olivier Giroud as part of the deal as their last two bids were purely in cash terms.

Aubameyang has been a prime target for Arsenal during the current transfer window since it was confirmed that Sanchez would leave and the Gabonese player has since been pushing for a move which has seen him being dropped twice for disciplinary reasons this season.
