Following the inability of detained Radio Biafra founder Nnamdi Kanu to meet stipulated bail conditions, the Magistrate Court, Wuse 2, sitting in Abuja, has refused to effect his release.

In a telephone interview, Wednesday, his lawyer, Mr. Egechukwu Obetta, disclosed that ,” he has not been been released.”

The Department of State Service, DSS, Tuesday, also denied Kanu access to the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB’s lawyer despite subsisting court order allowing him access to his lawyer and physician.
