Nasir-El-Rufai

Governorship candidate Mallam Nasir El-Rufai representing the All Progressives Congress has won the Kaduna Gubernatorial elections

With a wide margin in most of the 23 local government areas of the state, El-Rufai has already emerged winner with over 85 per cent of the results announced.

With this development, El-rufai becomes the Kaduna State Governor-elect, defeating the People’s Democratic Party flag bearer and the state’s incumbent Governor, Ramalan Yero.

AFTER 85% RESULTS

Total Votes – 967,685

APC Votes – 725,293

PDP Votes – 242,392

The official announcement of results and declaration of winners by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will  follow in the coming hours.
