Cesc Fabregas has completed his move to AS Monaco from Chelsea.

The Spanish midfielder joins the Ligue 1 side on a three-and-a-half-year deal from Chelsea.

The deal is believed to be between eight and ten million euros.

Fabregas announced the completed move on social media.
