Nigeria’s Falconets have booked a place at this year’s Fifa U-20 Women’s World Cup after trashing South Africa 6-0 on Saturday and 8-0 on aggregate in the qualifiers.

The Nigerian ladies, who had spanked the South Africans 2-0 in the first leg, played the reverse fixture in Benin as though they were behind.

Gift Monday, who was red-carded in the second half, opened the scoring for the Nigerians in the 7th minute after receiving a brilliant assist from prolific forward Rasheedat Ajibade.

Ajibade then made it 2-0 in the 21st minute after displacing the South African goalie to slot home before Anam Imo finished off a rebound.
