Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has reacted to #SexforGrades documentary released by BBC Eyes on Monday, October 7.

The Nigerian rapper, actor, and songwriter, through his Twitter, on Tuesday, October 8, said he will always speak against sexual abuse.

Okay.ng had reported that BBC released a documentary targeted at lecturers in some West African universities harassing their students for sex in exchange for grades/marks.

Nigerians on Twitter came for the Nigerian rapper over his silence on the issue since the report surfaced.

Responding to this, Falz tweeted on Tuesday, October 8: “I don’t think this is a time for baseless animosity. I have and will always speak up against all forms of sexual abuse. Yesterday, today, tomorrow. What we should be doing is working together to get rid of this dysfunctional system that allows women to be taken advantage of.”
