Federal High Court Orders Immediate Release of Nnamdi Kanu

A Federal High court sitting in Abuja has ordered the immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu, director of Radio Biafra and leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Justice Niyi Ademola at a hearing of the case filed against the Federal government by his lawyer said Kanu was being held unlawfully by DSS and should be freed immediately.

Just yesterday, a Magistrate court in Wuse zone 2, Abuja, had squashed all charges filed against him.
