Fees Revealed as Wigwe University Set to Commence Operations in August 2024

Wigwe University, established in honor of the late Herbert Wigwe, former Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank, is gearing up to commence full operational activities by August 2024, offering a diverse range of academic programs across various disciplines.

Located in Isiokpo, Ikwerre local government area of Rivers State, Wigwe University aims to provide quality education and foster academic excellence in a conducive learning environment.

The university will operate through four major colleges, each offering specialized programs:

  1. The College of Management and Social Sciences
  2. The College of Art
  3. The College of Science and Computing
  4. The College of Engineering

With the breakdown of school fees now unveiled, prospective students can plan their academic journey at Wigwe University:

  • College of Arts: Students enrolled in the College of Arts will pay a total fee of ₦9.6 million per session, making it the most affordable option among the colleges.
  • College of Engineering, Management and Social Sciences, and Science and Computing: Students in these colleges will incur a total fee of ₦11,998,800 each per session.
