The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria have defeated Ecuador 3-2 to qualified for Round of 16 in the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil.

Sai’d Ibrahim scored a hattrick for Nigeria in a dramatic comeback to beat Ecuador at the Estadio Olimpico Pedro Ludovico on Tuesday.

Nigeria is scheduled to face Australia in the next round of the tournament on Friday.
