The Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute has announced a strategic partnership with Arabian Dyar (AlDyar AlArabiya), one of Saudi Arabia’s foremost real estate and construction developers, as preparations intensify for the 9th edition of the FII flagship conference (FII9) in Riyadh from October 27–30, 2025.

Themed “The Key to Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers of Growth,” this year’s conference will bring together global leaders from government, business, and academia to explore solutions shaping the future of sustainable development and investment.

Founded in 2011, Arabian Dyar has earned a reputation for delivering thousands of high-quality homes across Saudi Arabia, pioneering designs that prioritise livability, innovation, and environmental resilience.

The company has become synonymous with advancing modern urban living aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.

Richard Attias, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Acting CEO of the FII Institute, said the partnership aligns with the Institute’s broader mission of creating Impact on Humanity.

“Urban design will be a defining factor in the prosperity and well-being of future generations. FII Institute is pleased to partner with Arabian Dyar as they advance innovative, sustainable, and human-centric development, consistent with our mission to create Impact on Humanity,” Attias stated.

Muammar Alatawi, Chairman of Arabian Dyar, described the collaboration as a commitment to visionary development that extends beyond physical infrastructure to shape the Kingdom’s sustainable future.

“At Arabian Dyar, we believe that visionary development goes beyond building cities, it’s about shaping a sustainable future where people and progress thrive together. Our partnership with the FII Institute reflects our shared commitment to innovation, collaboration, and the Kingdom’s journey toward a more prosperous and resilient tomorrow,” Alatawi said.

Through this alliance, Arabian Dyar gains access to the FII Institute’s XCHANGE platform, a hub that connects global investors, innovators, and policymakers.

The partnership also includes participation in upcoming FII Priority Summits and collaboration through FII’s THINK arm, which drives thought leadership and research in sustainable urban development.
