Former contestant of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season seven, Chizzy Francis, has announced the arrival of his first child with his wife.
Taking to his social media platforms on Tuesday, the reality TV star expressed gratitude to God for blessing him with the arrival of the bundle of joy.
In his announcement, the 30-year-old revealed that they welcomed a baby boy, despite his initial prayers for a girl.
“I asked God for a princess but He gave me an heir to the throne,” Chizzy shared on X, expressing his delight and gratitude for the newest addition to their family.
Fans and colleagues of the BBNaija star flooded his social media pages with congratulatory messages. Doyin David, acknowledging Chizzy as “the latest daddy in town,” extended her blessings to his family.
During their time in the 2022 edition of the BBNaija reality show, Chizzy and Doyin were romantically involved.
However, in August, Doyin disclosed that they faced challenges in handling conflicts, leading to the end of their relationship.
Since exiting the Big Brother house, Chizzy has been actively involved in the entertainment industry, steadily carving out a name for himself. Last November, he celebrated his traditional wedding with his partner in Anambra state.
