Chika-Odinaka-Ohaegbunam

A notorious 419er, (fraudster), Chika Odinaka Ohaegbulem, who was sentenced to 7 years in prison by a Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia, the Abia State capital, broke down and wept like a baby, promising to refund the victim of his scam the sum of N1.4 million if he is let off the hook.

Ohaegbulem was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC),  on a 14-count charge bordering on conspiracy, forgery, impersonation and obtaining money by false pretences, alongside three other members of a syndicate who specialised in stealing various investors’ dividend warrants, which they sold to Ohaegbulem for clearing.
