Ghana’s one and only self acclaimed ‘dancehall king’, Shatta Wale, continues to put moves on the board intended to get him inculcated into the Jamaican market.
Shatta is set to release a joint track with the Gaza empire’s Shawn Storm, and has announced several other initiatives to break into the Caribbean scene.
The latest, it seems, is building a sports bar in Long Bay, Portland, Jamaica. Shatta posted about the move on social media Wednesday.
“Building up our sports bar and grill in Long Bay Portland. SM And RGJ ting! Pass thru when you in our town! #ShattaMovement #RichGangJamaica Up! Up! Up!” he wrote on Facebook.
The Dancehall King seems determined to break into the home of dancehall, and so far he’s not doing so badly.
