Pastor-Kumuyi

Prominent cleric, Pastor William Folorunsho Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, has revealed the close shave he had with death when a plane he was travelling on nearly crashed.

According to the revered preacher, who heads the Deeper Life Bible Church, the incident occurred while he was travelling back to Nigeria from Monrovia, Liberia via Accra, Ghana.

He disclosed this at addressing pastors and leaders of the church at a recently concluded Deeper Life Leadership Strategy Congress.

Also, he narrated how two fatal road crashes that occurred between March and October 2015 caused serious injuries to his right ankle and left knee.

However, the pastor, who is popularly referred to as WF Kumuyi, said he did not allow his injuries affect his commitment to the work of God.

The preacher also said he was not afraid to die in doing the work of God, saying: “I know if anything happens, I will go up there to meet my Lord.”
