The trial has commenced of a millionaire property developer, Ehsan Abdulaziz, who was accused of raping a teenager but debunked the claim saying “that he did fall onto her and his penis may have penetrated her vagina.”

The Southwark Crown Court, UK heard how Abdulaziz met the 18-year-old victim in August 2014 at a nightclub in London through a friend of hers he had known for several months.

He was said to have offered both young ladies a lift home in his Aston Martin but invited them into his flat, an invitation they accepted.

The 46-year-old then took the woman he knew into the bedroom for sex.

However, the victim, who was in the living room, claimed that the next thing she knew was waking up in the morning to find Abdulaziz on top of her, forcing himself inside her.

She then said she asked him what he was doing but he told her not to worry.

According to prosecutor Jonathan Davies, “She (the victim) woke up with the defendant kissing her and his penis in her vagina.”

When he was initially interviewed after the girl contacted police, he said the girl had pulled him to her and placed his hand between her legs.

However when DNA evidence showed traces of semen, he was re-interviewed in May this year.

Davis told the court that, “On this occasion he said after he had sex with the complainant’s friend his penis was still erect and he had semen on his hands when he went into the living room.

“He said in the second interview she pushed his hands down on to her vagina. He said that he did fall onto her and his penis may have penetrated her vagina.”

While he has denied raping the girl, trial continues.
