Ibrahimovic Must Really Hate Chelsea Boss Conte, See Why

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a winner.

We know this because he spends most of his time telling us .

But there is one man who has stood in the big Swedish striker’s way.

The 35-year-old Manchester United striker has won league titles in every season since 2003 in three different countries except for two years.

And the man who denied him both those times…?

Antonio Conte

Yes, the Chelsea boss is officially Zlatan’s Achille heel having denied him a consecutive run of league titles for the last 14 years.

Ibrahimovic’s run of title wins started with the Eredivisie in 2003/04 with Ajax, before moving to Italy and winning successive Serie A titles with Juventus in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

(Those titles were later revoked due to the match fixing scandal, however).

He continued that run with Inter, winning Serie A three years on the trot in 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2009/2010 while Juve were in the lower leagues as punishment.

He then moved to Spain and won La Liga with Barcelona in 2010 before returning to the red side of Milan, winning Serie A in his first season back.

But the next year he lost out on his first title in eight years, as Conte managed Juve to the title by four points.

A move to PSG brought four consecutive Ligue 1 titles before last summer’s move to Manchester United.

But there was no title win for Zlata this season, and the man who denied him just his second title in the last 14 years? That man Conte again
