Tragedy struck on Thursday morning in Abuja, when a Kaduna-bound train collided with a car at the Chikakore axis of Kubwa, killing the driver, Selimota Idowu Suleiman.

Suleiman, a Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Channel 5 Abuja staff member, was on her way to work at the time of the accident.

NTA in a tweet on Thursday revealed that the deceased was on her way to work when the train crushed her in her vehicle.

Okay.ng had reported that incident which happened on Thursday morning.

According to reports, Suleiman’s car was unable to move quickly when the oncoming train from Kaduna to the Kubwa terminal collided with her vehicle.
