Imo Ruling: Supreme Court dismisses Ihedioha’s application for review

The Supreme Court has dismissed an application filed by Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) seeking to review the ruling sacking him as governor of Imo State.

Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, led the seven-man panel which heard and ruled on the application.

The court described Ihedioha’s application as an invitation to sit in an appeal over its judgement.
