Natasha Akpoti, the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kogi State, has alleged that Governor Yahaya Bello has ordered her assassination.
Akpoti disclosed this through her Twitter handle on Monday morning.
“Gov Yahaya Bello has ordered for my assassination,” she tweeted.
Okay.ng recalls that some thugs allegedly loyal to the governor had attacked Akpoti on November 12 at the political stakeholders meeting organised by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Lokoja ahead of elections in the state.
