The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has obeyed an order by the Presidential Elections Tribunal to produce electoral documents requested by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

Okay.ng reports on Wednesday that the Tribunal asked INEC to produce documents requested by the petitioners.

Chris Uche, Counsel to PDP and Atiku, confirmed that the documents were in court on Thursday and will be tendered when the case resumes on Friday.

He said, “Within just 24 hours of the making of the order, all the documents they have been asking for are all here.”
