INEC reaches decision on election as emergency meeting ends

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has reached a decision on whether to hold election today.

Rotimi Oyekanmi, spokesman for INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, told reporters at the commission’s headquarters that the chairman will address reporters shortly.
