A Nigerian Twitter user has taken to the blue app to share a throwback photo of a street in Ibadan in 1976 and compare it with a recent photo of the street.
The man asked if there’s any improvement or regression in Nigeria.
And there isn’t much actually, as the buildings are still as they’re only that some have been modernized.
