The Yaya Toure led Elephants of Ivory Coast football team has won the 2015 edition of the African Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea. The Runners up the Black Stars of Ghana dominated the game but failed to score. The game remain goalless warranting a 30 minutes extra time before it proceeded to penalty shoot out.The shoot out was intriguing and finally ended 11 : 10 in favour of Ivory Coast after the Ghanian goal keeper missed his own take.
