Nigerian singer Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, known popularly as Iyanya, has denied accusations of sleeping with a female fan he met at Davido’s ‘Timeless’ concert last year.
The singer addressed the allegations after a blogger with the Twitter handle @Antiape1 claimed that Iyanya confessed to sleeping with the fan, identified as Florence, just twice and subsequently buying her an iPhone.
The tweet by the blogger read, “I slept with Florence just twice, and I gave her the iPhone I promised her – Iyanya confessed in a new interview.”
In response, Iyanya swiftly refuted the claims, expressing shock and frustration at the allegations.
The singer denied ever making such statements and challenged the blogger to provide evidence to support the allegations.
In his response, Iyanya wrote, “Are you mad or something? Where did I say such a thing? How can a woman be trying to be evil towards another woman? Post a video where I said that.”
