The Nigerian Police has on recovered 17 sacks containing thumb-printed ballot papers in Sabon Gari area of Kano.

The ballots have already been thumb-printed on the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC box, DAILY NIGERIAN reports.

How, Okay Nigeria understands from that the sacks are being transported to the state police command headquarters for further investigations.
