Sha’aban Sharada, candidate for the Kano Municipal Federal Constituency has been sacked by a Federal High Court, sitting in the state.

The aide to President Muhammadu Buhari on Broadcast Media, was field as candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC for House of Representatives seat in Kano.

Justice Sa’adatu Ibrahim, presiding the ruling in Kano said the last year’s primary election that produced Sha’aban Sharada was faulty.

The judge ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to recognize Mukhtar Ishaq Yakasai as the duly elected APC candidate of the Kano Municipal Federal Constituency in the general election.
