“Adequate security arrangement has been made for the burial ceremony,” Abia said.

“We are aware of the likely presence of top dignitaries, including four governors, senators – deputy senate president Ike Ekweremadu, Enyinnaya Abaribe, Hope Uzodinma, as well as top politicians like Alex Oti and Chief Victor Umeh.

“Besides, some ministers of the federal republic, Nigeria Football Federation leadership and African Legends Team from South Africa.

“Cultural dances will be on display amongst other side attractions.

“In view of this, we’ve applied for and received firm assurance from the Inspector General of Police for a water tight security arrangement before, during and after the burial ceremony,” Abia stressed.
