Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina state has dissolved his cabinet with immediate effect, Okay Nigeria News reports.

The Governor made this known to the appointees at a special valedictory session he chaired shortly after returning from Abuja where he met with the President over the state of insecurity in the state.

Earlier, Okay Nigeria News learned that the Governor directed all the appointees to conclude their hand-over note and hand over to the Permanent Secretaries or most senior director in their parastatal as the case may be on or before today.

The Governor will be swear-in next week on the 29th May 2019 for his Second and Last term after winning his re-election in March.
