Kidnapped Abia APC Chairman regains freedom

Hon. Donatus Nwankpa, All Progressives Congress (APC) chairman in Abia state, has been released on Thursday.

Nwankpa was kidnapped by unknown gunmen around 10 pm on Monday along the Isialangwa section of the Enugu-Aba Expressway.

It has not been confirmed yet whether a ransom was paid for his release.
