Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child, who is a baby boy through a surrogate.
The reality star disclosed the news through her Twitter handle on Friday.
She tweeted:
“He’s here and he’s perfect!.”
In another tweet, Kim said:
“He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”
