The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) is currently holding its national convention in Awka, Anambra state.

The event which is holding at the Women Development Centre, Awka has produced new members of the National Working Committee.

The new national chairman of the party is Dr Victor Ikechukwu.

Labaran Maku, the Former Minister of information under ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, who flew the APGA flag in the Nasarawa governorship election emerged as new National Secretary.

Other Excos include Dr. Ifeatu Okoye as National Publicity Secretary; Chuks Nwoga as National Youth Leader; and Obiagu Amaka Ezinne as National Women Leader.
