The Lagos All Progressives Congress (APC) has declared Jide Sanwo-Olu as winner of the primary election and governorship candidate of the party for 2019.
okay.ng recalls that the National Working Committee of All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced new date for the election.
The party chairman in Lagos, Tunde Balogun announced the result on Tuesday, October 2 at the party secretariat.
According to him, Sanwo-Olu polled 970,851 votes to defeat Governor Akinwunmi Ambode who reportedly had 72,901 votes.
