Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Professor Akin Abayomi, has announced that three suspected coronavirus patients are currently being isolated at the Infectious Disease Hospital in Yaba.

The health commissioner disclosed this to reporters during a briefing on Thursday.

He noted the patients’ samples have been taken and results are being awaited.

Abayomi said: “We now have 3 suspected cases under isolation in our containment facility in Yaba. One from France, one from England and one from China. Their samples have been taken and results are been expected.”
