Lagos Police Declare 20 Top Badoo Cult Members WANTED

The Lagos State Police Command, in collaboration with other security agencies and local security volunteers, has continued its clampdown on the dreaded Badoo cult.

More cultists were arrested in the wee hours of Friday while 20 top members have been declared wanted.

Over 80 suspected Badoo members were nabbed in a raid on their hideouts in Owutu and Odongunyan in Ikorodu.

Those declared wanted include: Moshood (a.k.a Mosho); Alfa (a.k.a King of Boys); Papa; Fela; Alakoto and Chukwudi.

Others are Agbara; O/C; Femi (a.k.a FM); Pencil, Odidan; Jaru; Allen; Bush; Happiness; Fagbo; Junior; Nuru and Jamiu.
Intelligence

The police, through its spokesman, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, said the latest operation was necessitated by additional intelligence on Badoo membership and their mode of operation.

He advised the cultists and those wanted to come out of hiding and report themselves to the nearest police station.

The Command further appealed to members of the public with useful information on the suspects who are all residents of Ikorodu to assist the police.
