Lagos to Provide Free Bus Ride For All Lagosians On Eid El Kabir Day.

Lagos State Government, through LAGBUS and its Franchisees, will provide Free Bus Ride for all Lagosians on Thursday, September 2015, to commemorate this year’s Eid El Kabir celebration.

According to a statement issued by its General Manager, Fleet Operations, Mr. Seyi Osiyemi, the move was aimed at promoting the use of public transportation, as well as reducing congestion on Lagos roads during the festivities by the State Government.

It stated further that the Free Bus ride will be provided on all  LAGBUS routes across the metropolis and run within LAGBUS operational hours (6:00a.m – 10:00p.m) on Thursday 24 September, 2015.
LAGBUS also used the opportunity to thank all Lagosians for their patronage and wish them a Happy Eid El Kabir celebration.
