A fierce war of words has escalated between former Aviation Minister and media personality , with Fani-Kayode launching a blistering response filled with personal attacks and political accusations.

Okay News reports that the latest outburst comes in reaction to an earlier critique by Momodu, as Fani-Kayode strongly rejected claims about his political past and affiliations. He insisted that he has remained a consistent and influential figure within Nigeria’s political space for over three decades, dismissing suggestions that he sought alignment with opposition figures after leaving the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2021.

In the strongly worded statement on Thursday, Fani-Kayode also took aim at Momodu’s background and career, accusing him of misrepresenting his relationship with Fani-Kayode’s late father and questioning his relevance in Nigeria’s political history. He further contrasted their political trajectories, asserting his continued presence within the country’s power structure.

The exchange took a sharper tone as Fani-Kayode referenced President , expressing confidence in his political future while criticizing Momodu’s perceived alignment with opposition figures. The former minister also mocked his critic over past political ambitions and media career, deepening the personal nature of the dispute.
