Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, manager of Manchester United has stated that Nemanja Matic and Alexis Sanchez will play against Everton.

The Red Devils will face Everton on Sunday with the hope of bouncing back from their midweek UEFA Champions League defeat to Barcelona.

However, Matic has not featured for Manchester United in the last four matches due to an injury he sustained.

While Sanchez was used as a sub against Barcelona in their midweek Champions League defeat.

Speaking at a press conference, Solskjaer said:

“The squad is looking good and getting better and better, I have to say.

“Ander [Herrera] is back in training – he’s been working really hard. Eric [Bailly] will be back in training over the weekend, Antonio [Valencia] we’re not sure about yet.

“We’ll have 20 training this morning, plus the keepers, which is not bad. Nemanja [Matic] and Alexis [Sanchez] had a good session yesterday as well, so they will probably be involved.”
