Reports reaching us states that some hoodlums have taken over the Abuja Airport road denying motorists access to the road.

The hoodlums are reportedly burning tires and “stopping incoming and outgoing vehicles”.

Although the cause of the uprising has not been ascertained, preliminary and unconfirmed reports suggest it might not be unrelated to the Mile 12 crisis which took centre stage in the media, Thursday, following the loss of lives and properties recorded by both Hausa and Yoruba residents of the area.
