Tompolo-1-2-2-1

A renegade militant group known as the Niger Delta Avengers has yesterday issued a stern warning to foremost former militant leader, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo over his letter to President Mohammadu Buhari disowning them and assuring the federal government of safety on the proposed repair works on damaged gas pipeline in the region.

Tompolo had, on Tuesday, in an open letter to President Mohammad u Buhari, personally signed and titled “I AM NOT PART OF THE NIGER DELTA AVENGERS GROUP”, alleged that the oil pipeline repair servicing companies engaged in sabotage to secure surveillance and repair contracts from the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) due to the known deficiency in the handling of the jobs.

Tompolo also disowned the new militant group known as the Niger Delta Avengers and called on the oil servicing company awarded the contract on the repair of the damaged Forcados 48-inch pipeline to go about its job without fear.
