Lai Mohammed , Minister of Information and Culture, has responded to the passing of Nollywood actress Moji Olaiya in a statement.
He described her death as a big loss to the movie industry, friends, fans and especially her family. The news of her death he said came rude shock and disbelief.

He added that her contribution to the the Nigerian entertainment industry will never be forgotten. Lastly he prayed for her soul and for her family to strengthened and comforted.
