The Speaker, House of Representative, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has urged Nigerians to shun violence during today’s Presidential and National Assembly elections.

Tambuwal, who so=poke to Vanguard at his residence in Sokoto, yesterday, urged voters to go out en masse to cast their votes and wait behind to ensure that they are counted. However, he told all the supporters of the party to conduct themselves peacefully and resist any act of deliberate provocations during and after the election.

The Speaker, who is also the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress in Sokoto State, promised to consolidate on the achievement of the present governor if he wins in the April 11, gubernatorial election in the state.

Meanwhile, the Sokoto state independent Electoral Commission (INEC) said it is set for tomorrow’s presidential election as it has deployed all sensitive materials to all parts of the state.
