Seyi Shay has signed a recording deal with Island Records UK, a division of music corporation, Universal Music.

The singer currently promoting her new single, ‘Jangilova‘, has penned a recording contract with the music giants in London.

Shay took to her social media accounts to break the news, uploading a photo which pictures at the Island Records office.

“FINALLY!! this is what most of us work so hard for. We spend most of our lives chasing this 1 opportunity to reach the world through a giant platform like this! Island Records also confirmed the news tweeting at Seyi Shay to welfome her into their fold. “Exciting times, welcome iamseyishay !cc J_MGT”
