The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the start of its 2022 Direct Short Service (DSSC) enlistment exercise for suitable qualified graduates and post-graduates in a variety of professions.

According to Director of Public Relations and Information for the NAF, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, the enlistment process is open to Nigerian citizens who are single and between the ages of 20 and 30 years old.

To be eligible, candidates must hold a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit from a recognized university, polytechnic, or other tertiary institution, and must have a valid NYSC discharge certificate.

The NAF recruitment portal can be accessed online at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng from 19 December 2022 to 30 January 2023.

Gabkwet emphasized that the NAF enlistment process is free of charge and no payments should be made at any point during the exercise.

He also warned applicants to be aware of fake agents and online portals that may try to scam unsuspecting individuals. The NAF has not commissioned any agents or individuals to conduct enlistment-related activities on its behalf.

The NAF encourages interested candidates to apply through the official recruitment portal and urges the public to spread the word about the enlistment opportunity. Thank you for your cooperation.
