Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley, will appear before a Federal High Court Sitting in Lagos on Monday.

Justice Nicholas Oweibo is to preside over the case of 11 count charge filed against the artiste by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Okay Nigeria reports that Naira Marley was arrested on Friday alongside Zlatan Ibile and three others in Lagos.

Zlatan and the three others have been released leaving Naira Marley in EFCC custody over items recovered from the artiste.

Naira Marley might be spending up to seven years in jail if found guilty of the charges filed before a Lagos State High Court by the EFCC.
