Niger Delta Militants Blow Up Pipeline After Osinbajo’s Visit

An unidentified Niger delta militant group have blown up a crude oil trunkline in Ughelli, Delta State, barely 24 hours after Vice President Yemi Osinbajo visited the region.

Prof. Osinbajo had on Monday visited the host communities and held a meeting with traditional rulers in Delta State with the objective of finding lasting peace in the region.
