Super Falcons of Nigeria and Barcelona Femení star, Asisat Oshoala has announced the passing away of her mother.
The 26-year-old football player made the announcement via her Instagram page on Sunday.
“Sometimes, life just hit us hard in places we can’t respond,” she wrote in a caption of a slideshow video of her late mother.
However, Asisat did not mention the cause of mother’s death.
